Prevent Truth Decay was thrown together haphazardly in July 2002.  After our first fan screamed "Great site!" at the top of his or her lungs in an email to us, so we expanded: more pages, better graphics, more hours, additional hosting costs.

Since our early days in '02, we've labored over a bank of Pentium IIs to provide a fair and (hopefully) enjoyable site for the educational and funnybone-based benefit of our visitors.  We also strive to maintain intellectual integrity by means of fair and honest delivery of content.  With the exception of occasional expletive-laced feedback from the anti-us types, we feel that the emails landing in our inbox generally reflect a job well done.  Except for that one guy.  Geez... give it a rest already.

If you haven't noticed, our political disposition is, well... somewhat transparent.  We consider ourselves to be open-minded with a liberal helping of conservatism.  We find that the more we open our minds, the more conservative we become.  We consider ourselves, for the most part, to be equal opportunity offenders: we don't reserve our button-pushing just for Liberals. We like to annoy Democrats as well.  After all, we're Right.

UPDATE: We're just furiously dishing out satire now.  We discovered that was the most fun.  And people are too serious... they need a laugh. Seriously.

UPDATE 2.O: We're excited about the new site.  Search headlines by keyword, generate random headlines, a cool new archive, and a bunch of other cool stuff we couldn't figure out how to integrate (but hopefully will soon).
