Can he win based on his strength - stellar post-9/11 leadership abilities? It seems the country has all but moved away from post 9/11 sentiments (you know, we want the terrorists dead or alive, elephants and donkeys actually got along, we all went to church, etc.).
Perhaps reminding everyone what happened on that horrible day will help?
