SECRETARY-GENERAL CLINTON?

The U.N. staff is preparing a vote of no-confidence in Kofi Annan. I think Bill Clinton's going to lobby hard for this one, if he himself isn't in fact engineering the vote. Don't be shocked. That's all I'm sayin'.
